Marriage Arrangements
We offer several venues ideal to celebrate a marriage. Open air, within the Gardens as well as within a venue such as the Amphitheatre or Lounge. Each of these venues can be decorated to a theme of your choice, and we have specialist decorators we recommend who can assist with these decisions.
A unique combination is to hold the marriage ceremony open air, within the gardens, and then proceed to an indoor venue for the celebrations.A selection of music by live bands or DJ’s can be organized. Menus of all sorts are available to cater in such functions. With ample secure parking within the Reef Hotel grounds, if you have a large invitation list then we can usually accommodate this requirement as well. Some of our rooms have been specially designed with newly weds in mind, so the couples can begin the honeymoon within the Reef Hotel as well.
Birthday and Party Arrangements
For children celebrating a party, the Reef Hotel has the venue and the staff to assist to make it a perfect day for the children to remember .As well as a “toto” club, with space to run around, and play, we have some good ides on entertainment to make the day just that extra bit special like a clown, or magic Show, and pool games with the animation team for some fun competitions. Catering for children with tasty snacks and a dedicated entertainment team is a specialty at the Reef, your home away from home.
Corporate Entertainment:
Using our venues, we offer corporate functions the flexibility to be serious and focused on a product launch or Policy promotion, or fun and varied as an annual Christmas party. In all cases we offer a varied selection of menus and bars to suit your budget and criteria. Decoration can be as simple as local flora or more involved and we can bring in specialist decorators for themes of your choice.
